Sun Services represented by Matt responded to the request to check the AC unit at 210 Vail Ct. Rented by Sava Stefanovic, owned by Carol and Richard Jancy , 416 Wesley Av. Oak Park, IL 60302.Matt showed exactly at the time specified and conducted a very thorough evaluation of the existent AC Unit. At the conclusion of an more then two hour diagnostics, Provided us and the owners an excellent two way either repair or replacement choices. The services was conducted very professionally, time used effectively, customer friendly explanations provided and a Sun Services recommending attitude.

Very pleased from the very first contact with Sun Services when they installed heating and air system in our new home 10 years ago. Always prompt attention given to our needs and concerns when called with any problems. Technicians are always courteous, arrive on time and fix the problem. A very dependable company with well trained people.

This company was on top of my issue that needed servicing /replaced as soon as they could. Came out Monday, ordered water heater on that Monday. Unit was installed and back to normal at approx. 11:00 am Wednesday 2 days later. The repairman was able to speak English and explain why I needed to replace. He was very customer orientated.
